Amalthée restaurant, Boulogne Billancourt  

The Maison Sarah Lavoine studio is supporting Alexandre Chapon's return to Boulogne-Billancourt by designing the interior architecture of his new Amalthée restaurant.

After twenty-five years in Paris, Alexandre Chapon is returning to his hometown and, together with his nephew Maxime Thevenin, has created Amalthée, Boulogne-Billancourt's new favourite brasserie.

Their main aim: to share a place with no pretensions other than to make you feel good. To achieve this, he called on his heart's guard and entrusted the interior design to Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine. Inspired by the greenhouses of Auteuil, the floral and plant prints are underlined by a palette of deep colours. The materials are natural, creating a warm ambience: wood and wickerwork rub shoulders with the veins of Calacatta viola marble.

Amalthée embodies this authentic meeting place, so that the moments spent here will be memorable and timeless.
