My cart contains pre-order items, what should I do?
In the event that your cart contains several items, including pre-order items, several shipments will be scheduled depending on the availability dates of the products. You will be informed of the different delivery dates by email.
How can I pay for my order?
You can use the following payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Apple Pay Alma and Paypal.
If the payment is refused by the authorization center, we will not be able to proceed with the shipment of the order.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
You can use the Alma payment method and pay in 3 installments without fees from 300 € of purchases.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
Once validated, your order cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of your order.
I want to add items to my order, is this possible?
If your order is finalized, that is to say if you have already paid for your order online, it is currently impossible for us to modify its content subsequently for technical and logistical reasons.
We therefore encourage you to place a new order for any other products you may need.
How to offer a gift card?
Treat your loved ones by giving them an electronic gift card here .
Our gift cards are available and can be used in their entirety on www.maisonsarahlavoine.com or in our stores (excluding department store corners). They are valid for one year from the date of issue and the maximum amount is €500.
Select the gift card amount, the sending date and add the recipient's name and email. If you prefer, you can send the email to yourself to send the gift card personally. You also have the option of including a personalized message with your gift card.
The product I want is no longer available at the moment, how can I find out when it is back in stock?
You can sign up for an alert directly on the product sheet of the product concerned. When the product comes back in stock, you will receive an email.
