After twenty-five years of Parisian tables, Alexandre Chapon returns to his city and signs in Boulogne-Billancourt, with his nephew Maxime Thevenin, the new favorite brasserie of the west of Paris: Amalthée
Their primary desire: to share a place with no other pretension than to feel good there. To do this, he called on his heart guard and entrusted the interior design to Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine. Inspired by the greenhouses of Auteuil, the floral and plant prints are highlighted by a palette of deep colors. The materials are intended to be natural for a warm atmosphere: wood and cane rub shoulders with the veins of a Calacatta viola marble.
Amalthée embodies this authentic meeting place, so that the moments spent there are memorable, timeless.
