RULES OF THE “GOLD STAMP” GAME

This game is organized by the company Maison Sarah Lavoine (SARAH LAVOINE SAS), a simplified joint stock company with capital of 86,158 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 507 947 778, whose head office is located at 16 rue Gaillon, 75002 Paris, France.

These rules determine the terms and conditions of the game with purchase obligation “Gold Stamp” (hereinafter the “Game”). Any participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

Article 1: Organization of the Game

Organizing company: Maison Sarah Lavoine (SARAH LAVOINE SAS).
Duration: The Game takes place every week from Monday, December 2 to Monday, December 23 inclusive.

Article 2: Terms of participation

2.1. Participation
 To participate in the Game and try to win a gift, participants must:

The Game is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France, excluding employees of Maison Sarah Lavoine, its partners, its subcontractors, as well as members of their family.

2.3. Participation limit
 Each participant is limited to one entry per order. Only one order will be randomly selected each week to receive the “Golden Seal”.

Article 3: Designation of winners

Every Monday, one order will be randomly selected by the organizing company from among the eligible orders placed.
The package corresponding to this order will contain a special envelope designated as the “Golden Seal”.

Article 4: Lot

4.1 Description of the lot
The winner will receive a gift selected by Maison Sarah Lavoine, sent separately after confirmation of receipt of the "Golden Seal" to customer service at the email address serviceclient@maisonsarahlavoine.com or by telephone at +33 (0)1.86.47.63.55 or WhatsApp at +33 (0)1.86.47.63.55 .

4.2 Terms of Use
 The lot is:

  • Strictly personal.
  • Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not convertible into cash.

 

Article 5: Award of prizes

5.1 Notification and validation
 The customer who receives the special envelope must contact Maison Sarah Lavoine customer service to report that they have obtained the “Golden Seal” and claim their gift from customer service.

5.2 Sending the gift
After verification, the logistics team will prepare and send the package containing the gift to the winner.

Article 6: Protection of personal data

The data collected as part of this Game are processed in accordance with Maison Sarah Lavoine's privacy policy, available on the Site. Each participant has the right to access, rectify or delete their data, in accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 as amended.

Article 7: Responsibilities

Maison Sarah Lavoine declines all responsibility in the event of:

  • Loss, delay or failure in delivery of orders or gifts.
  • Damages related to the use of the gift.

 

Article 8: Miscellaneous

8.1. Force majeure
 Maison Sarah Lavoine reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Game in the event of force majeure.

8.2. Disputes
The Game and its rules are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

8.3. Intellectual property
 Any reproduction or representation of all or part of the Game or these rules is strictly prohibited.
