MARRAKECH, MARCH 2025
Sarah Poniatowski, founder of the Maison, realized her dream by building a kasbah-style house on a plot of land offering breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. Designed as a place of sharing, it perpetuates the love of Morocco inherited from her father and passed on to her children.

With the help of the architectural studio EH Architectes, she balances tradition and modernity, using local materials such as rammed earth and tadelakt. Each space, punctuated by mashrabiyas and artisanal elements, reflects her taste for authenticity and cultural diversity.

Designed as a showcase of colors and materials, the decoration mixes Maison Sarah Lavoine pieces, vintage Italian furniture and Moroccan objects.

Each room asserts its personality with a dedicated shade, while the exterior walls feature terracotta in harmony with the local earth. The house, where the Atlas asserts itself from the entrance, embodies a balance between tradition and contemporary comfort. For Sarah Poniatowski, it's a home of the heart, immediately inhabited by a soul, where charm, identity, and well-being are combined.
