PARIS 8TH
Located in the heart of Paris, L'Atelier is a real estate complex composed of a building from the 1920s connected to a second building from the 1930s. The complex was successively used by a Jesuit college and then redesigned by the architect of Posts & Telecommunications, Charles Giroud (1875-1955), to become a telephone exchange.

Covivio then became the owner of the real estate complex and in 2019, began thinking about its complete restructuring in order to make it its head office. The interior design was entrusted to Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine.

The starting point was Covivio's business, which absolutely had to be highlighted, but also the building itself. We also made the choice to create more than a workplace, a real place to live.

From the entrance, the hotel lobby codes convey this notion of comfort, welcome and service. The natural and comforting tones are highlighted with touches of strong colors. This signature brings singularity to each space.

In terms of materials, the fundamentals of the builders are selected: concrete, wood, stone and brick thus reveal all their qualities in unexpected shapes and alloys.

"This tailor-made place, in the image of Covivio, is a symbiosis between lasting know-how, modernity and innovation, treated with elegance and humility."
