Maison Sarah Lavoine has taken on a major challenge by reviving the private spaces and creating the reception rooms of Château Ducru Beaucaillou, a residence located on the eponymous wine estate.
From the tapestry to the 18th century architectural details, the Studio d'Architecture has immersed itself in this historic place but also in its owner, Bruno-Eugène Borie, in order to breathe a bold touch of modernity into it.
A renovation with a strong identity, deep colours and patterns that enhance a collection of exceptional art and design pieces – Marc Newson, Ron Arad and Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. Through the splendour of gilding, the pep of a sunflower yellow or the refinement of a stained glass window, our Studio enjoys reinterpreting a castle life whose extravagance and elegance are intended to be more contemporary.
