What are the consumer's rights regarding legal guarantees?

The consumer has the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects. The legal guarantee of conformity allows the consumer to obtain the repair or replacement of the good within thirty days of his request, free of charge and without major inconvenience for him. The guarantee of hidden defects allows the consumer to request a refund or a price reduction if the good has a hidden defect making it unfit for use.
